A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and the required deposit.
RVisual Media reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Confirmation emails sent by RVisual Media serve as acknowledgement of your booking details. It is the client's responsibility to verify all details are correct upon receipt.

Pricing & Packages
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Package prices are subject to change. Prices quoted at the time of booking are honoured for that booking only.
Travel fees may apply for sessions located more than 30 km from Rathmann-Beneckestraße 3. Any applicable travel costs will be communicated prior to contract signing.
Additional editing, rush delivery, extra hours, or additional products (albums, prints) are available at extra cost and must be agreed in writing.

Payment Terms
All invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice or in the signed contract.
Late payments may attract an administration fee of €15 per 7-day period overdue.
RVisual Media reserves the right to withhold delivery of images or footage until all outstanding balances are settled in full.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable as they cover time reserved, preparation, and costs incurred.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to robvisualsmedia@gmail.com.
The cancellation policy as described in Section 3 of the Service Contract applies in full.
If the client fails to attend the agreed session without prior notice (no-show), the full session fee is forfeited.
One complimentary rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 21 days in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee of €50.

Weather & Outdoor Sessions
For outdoor sessions, both parties agree to monitor weather forecasts in the days leading up to the session.
In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, RVisual Media may propose rescheduling. Minor weather inconveniences (light cloud, mild wind) are not grounds for rescheduling.
Final decision on rescheduling due to weather rests with RVisual Media.
Drone & Aerial Cinematography
Drone flights are subject to local aviation regulations and require appropriate airspace authorisation. RVisual Media will make reasonable efforts to obtain necessary permissions.
If drone flight is not possible due to regulatory restrictions, restricted airspace, or weather, RVisual Media will offer alternative solutions or a partial refund for the drone-specific portion of the fee.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any permission required from venue owners or private landowners for drone use on their property.

Image Editing & Style
All images are edited in RVisual Media's professional style. Significant alteration of the artistic style is not included unless specifically agreed.
RAW/unedited files are not provided.
The number of final edited images delivered varies by package and session; it is not guaranteed to be a specific number unless explicitly stated in the contract.
Additional editing requests beyond the standard package (e.g., significant retouching, composite images, removal of background elements) can be arranged at an additional cost.

RVisual Media collects and processes personal data (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of fulfilling photography services and related communications.
Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without consent, except where Privacy & Data Protection
required by law.
Clients have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by emailing robvisualsmedia@gmail.com.

Unless the client submits a written opt-out request before the session date, RVisual Media may use session images for its portfolio, website, social media channels, and promotional materials.

Copyright & Licensing
All images and video content produced by RVisual Media are protected by copyright. Ownership remains with RVisual Media at all times.

Publication in commercial contexts (advertising, editorial, commercial licensing) requires a separate written agreement and licensing fee.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
